A New World Is Waiting For You

Anders_and_the_Flame_Bearer_ebook_cover.png

"...I loved the setting! It's like a Christmas village meets Lord of the Rings..."

There is more to the legend than you have been told The klausen are a curious race: hardy and strong, yet always eager for winter’s first snow and a warm mug of soup. And Anders is convinced he is the reason they are about to be destroyed. After all, he is the only klausen ever born without a power and, according to an ill-tempered Elder, his lack of magic is the reason their vicious enemies have finally discovered Aelwood, their beloved homeland. But what the Elders don’t know is that the enemies aren’t the only problem. The great flames are dying, and with them, the source of every klausen power; Anders has seen it for himself. If only he could gain magic of his own and put an end to all of this…then again, maybe there is a way. Rumor has it that, beyond his cozy village in the Northlands, hides a mysterious outcast who can give him what he has always wanted. But life outside of Aelwood is far more dangerous than he knows, and the Elders have been keeping secrets from him. Soon, he will learn that, magic or not, if he doesn't save his world, nobody will.

My Story

I wrote my first story on a big, boxy computer when I was in first grade and watched wide-eyed as the clunky printer brought it to life. I still feel that same thrill today when my stories find their way to the page. I think stories of all kinds have incredible power - not the least of which is the power to take you on a journey that a piece of you never really comes back from. I hope my books will take you on some unforgettable journeys.
